Nairobi

Day 1:

Arrive Nairobi International Airport (JKIA) midday. Robert meets and transfers you to your hotel in the City. You have an afternoon of rest. This evening we see a bit of Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya at night and have dinner at one of the local restaurants. This will not be a late night and it will be done to suit you.

Day 2

We leave the hotel (Nairobi Jacaranda Hotel) at 8:30 am and spend the best part of the day sightseeing around Nairobi. This is very interesting; there is plenty to look at and also it gives you a good feel of Kenya’s Capital City with its four million people. Some of the places of interest we visit are the Giraffe Centre where you can feed and hug giraffes; Animal Orphanage where you can physically play with a Cheetah; Matbronze Wildlife Art works, an art foundry and gallery of the finest bronze animal artwork in Kenya which is exported all over the world; Karen Blixen Museum, with a history dating as far back as 1914; Kazuri Bead Factory, which produces the finest handmade and hand-pained ceramic beads and jewellery with a kaleidoscope of African colors and Kenyan art that reflects appeal to a worldwide fashion market.
Return to your Hotel in the afternoon.
