Keekorok Lodge

Keekorok Lodge is the first lodge built in the Mara (1962) and lies at the southern
end of the Masai Mara Reserve not far from the Kenya/Tanzania border. Accommodation comprises of chalets overlooking a lawn
studded with flamboyant bougainvillea. A 300m walk-way through a riverine forest leads to an elevated hippo bar, where you enjoy
resident hippos in a dam below while enjoying drinks from the bar. At sundown, you might be graced by the hippos leaving the dam for
their nightly feeding on the plains. Excursions and recreation activities include swimming pool and hot air ballooning.
